Please Early Vote If Possible

This year, I took advantage of the early voting privilege offered in our state. An unexpected benefit to having done so is that I don't have to listen to the noise and incivility coming from the campaign trail. As with most intelligent american citizens, I have found both candidates to be flawed; and, I was deeply disappointed that I can't be truly excited for the faces and voices that I will be seeing and hearing for the next 4 to 8 years. HOWEVER, I have been able to tease out issues important to me and found that there is a team for which I could relatively confidently cast my ballot.

It is a great relief to be able to relax with a hot cup of tea or coffee and turn my attention toward positive matters in my home and the real world without continuing to have to assess irrelevant information that really won't change my voting decision at this point.

I encourage all registered voters to be sure to vote Early In Person (as I did) to be sure that you receive the "I Voted!" sticker and that your Election Day is a more peaceful one.

- Edmund Burke

Sincerely,

Mrs. Leverette
